We will not be working from the 24th until the 26th December 2008 and then from 29th until the 2nd January.
We have added an 'Urgent' Support ticket section. If you have an urgent problem, please leave the message in there and we'l deal with it. We will check it twice a day on the days we are not working. If you have any problems that are not urgent or any questions, just use the appropriate support department and we will reply after xmas.
